First floor drywall is done. Pictures show the common living space and both bedrooms. The place reminds of a sanitarium right now.
More Insulation Please
Standard batt insulation added along with the spray foam to help minimize the sound transmission between the floors.

Spray Foam
Spray foam insulation just installed. For the trusses in between the floors, they are doubling up using a combination of spray foam and batts for sound proofing.

Decking Installed
Our first view of the angelim decking installed. It is currently a light reddish color, but we intend to let it patina into a nice silver gray. Only the front walkway had been fastened so far but the rest of the decking should be installed tomorrow. We should be able to walk out into the third floor deck for the first time later this week.

Rohe
Looked at a couple tile places around town today and somehow ended up buying a walnut dining table that we've been eying for a few months. Got lucky and picked up the floor model for over half off!

Front Door
The front entry with a temporary door installed. The metal fascia for the flat roofs have been installed as well (front entry cover and porch cover). Still need to figure out what color we are going to paint the hardie.
Stairwell Nook Revisited
An updated shot of the space underneath the stairwell in the bottom floor. It's looking a lot more habitable now that it's all cleaned up.
